We have talked about the “100% orgasm success rate” claimed for IXu’s VIBRATING female condom (aka ‘sleeve’) in this May 31, 2015 posts.

IXu is doubling up on their claim per recent media reports. They are saying 70% orgasm rate on first use, 84% percent the second time and 100% orgasmic bliss by the fourth time.
